Primo Danish Salami RW

  • 1 piece mountain bread

  • 2 rounds of cucumber

  • 1 slice Primo thinly sliced Danish Salami

  • 1 cup oak lettuce leaves, torn

  • 75g Primo pulled chicken

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 slice Primo twiggy stick

  • 2 pomegranate seeds

  • 2 snow peas sprouts

  1.  Lay mountain bread on a flat surface. Using a 2.5cm round cutter, cut two holes for eyes, then using a small sharp knife, cut a mouth shape. Turn mountain bread over.
  2.  Cover eye cut outs with cucumber slices. Lay Primo salami over the mouth cut out. Arrange lettuce down the centre of the mountain bread, covering cucumber and salami. Top with Primo pulled chicken, then drizzle with mayonnaise. Roll each side of the mountain bread over filling to enclose. 
  3.  Turn over wrap. Use twiggy stick slice for nose, pomegranate seeds for pupils and snow pea sprouts as eyebrows.
